Batminton is an indoor sport that has becomepopular since the end of World War II. It is a sport for two or four players.The players use light,long handled rackets to hit sahuttlecock.
In badminton,a fault occurs when the opponent,in an attempt to return the shuttlecock safely,allows into go into or under net.To hit the shuttlecock out of the playing area is also a fault.Men win a game after collecting 25 points.In womens single 21 points wins game.
Batminton has been growing very rapidly.It has grown both as abackyard recreation and as acompetitive sport.The international Batminton Fereration was founded in 1934 with nine nations represented. Now it has members in more than 40 nation and a world tournament for both men and women is held every two years.
